1 Piece at a Time

One thing I have noticed as I am organizing a plan for the business is I am trying to do too many things at once. I have an end game in mind of what business will accomplish and not it’s about systemizing all areas to turn ideas into a reality.

Often times our venture never reaches the level which we envisioned because we do not have proper steps to get to that stage. The process is literally like putting together a puzzle... You have to take one section at a time, build it out, create a system and move on to the next piece. Like every other new adventure there needs to be a strong base to build off and this should be the first section to finalize. From a strong foundation each subsequent area will be that much easier to systemize...

For example, my plans are to establish a website as part of my foundation; it will include a homepage with a snap shot of our business. As new systems are developed (services and products), the website will be expanded to inform visitors. The homepage is just the base which is available and makes the company creditable, a very important factor in this market. As we contact more prospective clients they will be able to cross reference information by coming to the webpage.

With Real Estate, the entire business revolves around the generating leads. We always need homes for sale and rent to do business. Regardless of the status of homes, this is the foundation of the business. From here it will be our jobs to determine, what the appropriate program is and clearly present the opportunity to homeowners.

Make a, "to do" list, write down your goals, your action plan and STICK TO IT!!!!

Before you know it your new venture will begin to take shape and each system created will be on autopilot and busy creating new business.

First Day of WORK!!!

My day started out the same as it has the last month; I have woken at 5am, completed an hour workout and proceeded to get ready for the day. The only difference about today is instead of leaving the house at 7:15 to catch the 7:39 train into NYC, I had some more time to myself this morning with no need to catch the droning LIRR.

Today I started my new venture and what a great experience it has been thus far, like past days I ate breakfast, showered and got ready for the day. But what a difference it is to eliminate an hour and a half commute to give way for anything else... I understand this is not permanent and come next Monday I will have to return to my 7:15 - 8:30 work day. But this has really opened my eyes to the opportunity of running a successful home based business. The flexibility and freedom it grants us, to not be rushed to catch a certain train, or cut a workout short, is truly priceless. I know now this is what I need to do. I now have a deep desire to put forth a great effort to launching a business and building it to a level of a profitable venture.

Now this does not mean I wish to cut ties with my current employer, after all without Trump I would have been in this situation and don't plan to cut my tenure short there. However, I do wish to be employed under other capacities, which is a bit premature to discuss but overall will benefit both the company and my intentions of growing a successful business.

My mission is now clear and I urge anyone who is interested in doing something different; whether it’s starting a business, changing jobs, completing a marathon… To do it! Take it slow in the beginning, take it one day at a time, this will greatly increase chances of success. If you commit to learn one new piece of information a day or take one step each day towards achieving your goals, pretty soon those days will add up and you will be well on your way to turning your desires into your active lifestyle.

Best,

First Post

BLOGGER!!!!

About time I have jumped on the bandwagon... One thing that you will notice almost immediately is my obsession with including far too much punctuation... See!

Well as an introduction to my first blog, I will now try and provide as little about myself as possible for the sake of your interests...

Real Name- Jason Schauer
Alias- Oh-tis
Alias 2- Unknown
Age- 23
Sex- M
Location- LB

This is really going to be a multifaceted blog based solely on my interests and goals. I am a HUGE advocate of myself and hopefully can provide some entertainment and possibly some information for those of you reading. Most of you will be people who already know me so the above information is no surprise. For those of you who do not, I hope you will spend some time to read this blog and perhaps send a brief message.

As it stands I am in the process of training for a Triathlon on Sept 13, more specifically at Half Iron Man (70.3). A quick snap shot of what that entails- 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and a quick 13.1 mile half marathon. For those of you who ask why? Well that’s a great question, one I have not had the opportunity to answer yet. However, I have decided to complete this race for the Boomer Esiason Foundation and assist in raising money for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Which is no doubt a cause greater than us all, one which I will be fund raising and asking each of you to donate.

On the flip side, my partners and I have been spending a lot of time developing a business which we hope to launch in the coming weeks. When we are ready to launch I will be sure to post more about exactly what the business is. However, as I continue to post those savvy readers will have no problems picking up exactly what the plans are.

As we prepare to launch, I will make an effort to post as much as possible regarding the stages of development and different obstacles which we face and the solutions which are implemented. Always remember, to every obstacle there is a solution and it is just a matter of time before we find out the answer. Never give up... Never settle for anything less than success!

At this point I will be concluding my first post and would like to send a special thanks to my good friend spell check who has always been there for me.

Best,

JS
